Fun in the Air, Fun in the Snow

We left December 30th to join most of my family in Colorado. Kenny & I used used our miles to upgrade to first class and this was totally worth it because the four of us had our own row and tons of room and plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. It's going to be much more challenging going home back in coach!

We had AWESOME pilots that invited Adam & Andrew up to the cockpit and actually let them sit in their seats and push all kinds of buttons and stuff. I was getting pretty nervous but the pilots swore the kids couldn't mess anything up. The boys were especially impressed with some of the buttons that caused the plane to talk to them, pretty cool!

Andrew told the captain "You just like Buzz Lightyear!" I think he got a kick out of that =-)

Captain Adam was very impressed

Captain Andrew tried to hide his excitement

Once we got settled in the boys were eager to play in the snow. This is the first time since they were little that one or the other weren't terrified of the snow.

I love the look on Andrew's face in this one

Adam & Andrew are having a blast!!

These verses give such great comfort! Praying!
Romans 8:26-27 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Lifting up prayers!
Psalm 3:3-5 But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah. I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.
