Naughtiness

Maddening when you find one of your three year olds awake and out of bed at 11pm with a chair pushed up to the counter eating chocolate cake with their bare hands, BUTT naked. A giant knife lying nearby, that couldve been real bad. So I went and purchased a new locking door knob to keep said three year old safely in his room all night.

I know I shouldn't be...but still laughing at this end (since it ended okay).
Still praying in Seattle!
Psalms 5:1-3 Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray. My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.

Hysterical! Glad he was more intrigued with the cake and not the knife!

I highly recommend locking them in their rooms. The day we moved ours out of the cribs, we reversed the lock. Our main motivation was to keep them from coming into our room at night, but honestly safety was as big a reason and this is a perfect example.

Praying!
Isaiah 25:8-9: He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it. And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

Stopping by to let you know I'm still here praying!
Isaiah 26:3-4 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
