The Boys have some Exciting News!

Adam and Andrew are very excited to tell you that they have a baby sibling on the way!! "Bean" is due May 18, 2012 and we are praying this little one stays put until May. God has been so good to us and we are overjoyed!

We would be so grateful for your prayers for us over the next 7 months. This has already been quite a journey (we had two miscarriages this year, most recently in early July) but the big part of the journey has only just really begun.

Tomorrow Bean and I are having surgery to place a cerclage which will hopefully help keep the baby from coming too soon this time. Should be a simple procedure but nothing ever seems to be simple for me and pregnancy so your prayers would mean so much!

Congratulations!! Hope the cerclage gives you a long and healthy pregnancy. That little suture got me to 36 weeks with my second so we considered that very successful. Wish you all the best tomorrow :)

Can't even put into words how excited I am for your family!
Know that I'm continuing to pray!
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

Lifting up prayers right now!
Psalms 118:4-6 Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endureth for ever. I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place. The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

Psalms 118:14-16 The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation. The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

We have such amazing eyewitness testimony of Jesus! No matter what happens, in Him you can still have joy! Praying!
1 John 1:1-4 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

FOUR overtimes? I had a brain freeze earlier and thought you were pulling for Texas Tech...who got killed. Just checked on the CORRECT team and saw the torture you went through today! Sounds like they put up a mighty battle!
Know that the Lord is always with you, wrapping His loving arms around you and holding on tight!
Psalms 18:2-6 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid. The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me. In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.

Hi! I've commented a couple times over the years (I happened upon your blog via the Wimberlys who I knew in Philly and was captivated by your sweet boys and your commitment to Christ through even the toughest times). Anyway, I just wanted to emerge from lurking long enough to say congratulations!
