Here are pictures from our recent trip to Louisiana to visit Daddy's side of the family. We were on the road by 4:30 am! The kids were really great during our drive!

Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to McDonalds for breakfast I guess. Yes that's a chicken in the parking lot. Only in the South, right?? Lol

Notice the "pet" alligator that lived at the house we rented?

Now can you see it? He was huge! He would hunt at the dock behind the house and then crawl up on the shore to nap in the sun. Yikes!!!

It warms my heart to see how much they love each other!

Keeping an eye on Daddy while he cooks dinner.

Ally was in heaven with all the cake and sweets everyone kept feeding her. When she signs "more please" it's really hard to resist her!

We spent some good quality time with the kids precious great grandmother. She's been having some health concerns lately but she had a really good day during our visit and that was such a blessing for all of us to enjoy that time with her.

Aunt Amy gave Ally a pedicure and she was wild about it. She pranced around and kept pointing to her toes afterward :-)

Thankful for making some great family memories on our trip!

I think I would have requested a new house! That thing was HUGE! Thankful you were all okay!
Know that you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers! Look to the Lord for all things!
Hebrews 12:1-2 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Hebrews 13:20-21 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
